How long does it take to process an order?
At Sandom & Modest Wear, all orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! At Sandom & Modest Wear, we currently ship to Dubai and across the UAE. Shipping charges may vary depending on the weight of your parcel and destination. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes in the UAE are the customer’s responsibility.
What is your return policy?
At Sandom & Modest Wear, we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide an exchange option if the product is in its original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags intact) and the request is made within 3 days of delivery. Please note that delivery charges for exchanges are borne by the customer.
